RICK REYES
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois from Mexican immigrant parents that taught him the importance of living the American Dream, by utilizing Mexican values in everything that he does. He has taken their advice and has become one of the influential business leaders in Texas. As a successful Entrepreneur for 13 years, he owned his first corporation at the young age of 24 and sold it successfully 10 years later. Through his Holding company E. Reyes Holdings, LLC. Rick holds interest in several industries such as Invention development, Water treatment systems, Automotive, Art and a Professional Consulting & Advisory Firm based in Houston with an office in Austin, Texas. A true business, legislative and community advocate in Texas, Rick has educated thousands of business owners on the importance of building and networking relationships while emphasizing the value of giving back to the community. He has lead or served as an executive officer in numerous organizations that focuses on small business and youth educational initiatives. Rick has received numerous awards and commendations for his community involvement.

CARLOS T. MENDOZA
Joined Advisory & Consulting Management Group (ACMG), with a vast scope of expertise from Business Development, Market Penetration, Board Development, Executive Advisor, Strategic Planning, and Public Relations just to name a few. Mr. Mendoza's experience, knowledge and passion for assisting in developing Small Hispanic Businesses will lead our efforts to penetrate key corporations and government agencies for business opportunities.

Prior to joining ACMG, Carlos' professional experience included two years in event planning, four years in chamber/business development and four years as President and CEO of the Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce (TAMACC). In his leadership role, he was constantly promoting the Hispanic business community and ensuring its participation in important policy and economic issues. Under Mendoza's leadership TAMACC grew into a premier business organization providing essential services, guidance in the growth, development, and success of local Hispanic chambers of commerce and severed as the leading advocate of Hispanic business in Texas. He was able to develop business partnerships with corporations that provide business opportunities, value-added services, and affordable discount programs to its chamber members and constituents. He was also responsible for TAMACC's Educational Development Foundation, 501 © (3) and was the fiduciary agent for TAMACC.

Carlos has resided in Austin since his retirement from the United States Army in December of 1994. A native of Eagle Pass, Texas, Carlos was fifth born of a family of eight. Has been happily married for 28 years to his beautiful wife Leticia, has four beautiful children, Mellisa Michelle, April Ranae, Roberto Carlos and Juan Carlos. Carlos' greatest joy is watching his six-year-old grandson, Mathew Robert, grow.
